All residences have a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, phone, safe, kitchen with fridge, kitchen equipment and bed linen.
Each type differs in the flat position within the Village, in the number of rooms and number of beds.

IN THE LOWER AREA 

“Villette” are small villas detached for 4 people, on the ground floor, surrounded by green gardens, in zona Centrale, near Reception, Restaurant and Amphitheatre. They are the largest residences and  they have a wide veranda outside, inside there is a double bedroom, a room with a single bed, fourth bed inside kitchen / living room, and the bathroom. Some Villette have five places with one double bedroom, one room with two single beds and the fifth bed in the kitchen / living room.

“Monolocali grandi” are apartments for 4 persons on the first floor, in zona Marengo in front of the Beach; is a single large room consisting of an entrance hall and two adjoining rooms, one with two beds and one with double bed, the bathroom and the kitchen. All with sea view.

“Monolocali” are apartments for 3 persons, are in the same building of the monolocali grandi, at first floor, in zona Marengo in front of the beach; have the bathroom, one double bedroom with third bed and the kitchen in an open veranda on the front with awning. All with sea view.

UPPER AREA
”Monolocali” are apartments for 2/3 people, on the ground floor and terraced and have the bathroom, one double bed and a single bed and the kitchen in an open veranda on the front with awning. Some with sea view.

“Monolocali grandi” are apartments for 4 persons, on the ground floor and terraced and have the kitchen and  a large room with a double bed, and two single beds, bathroom.
